xserver-xorg-video-nouveau recommends non-free software

The description for the package xserver-xorg-video-nouveau says "Users requiring 3D support should use the non-free "nvidia" driver."

This is a minor issue as the non-free driver isn't in our repos, but yes, we need to remove this text.
