Include OpenTTD in the next release

Description

OpenTTD, one of the most popular Free Software games of all time, is now fully stand-alone and should be included in our repos for the next release.

This package is moving from Ubuntu's multiverse to universe for the next release: http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/openttd

That means it will be in our main repo for 4.0. I'm closing this one.
