[Fresh T12, dualscreen] solution for dialogs opening in a second monitor without possible access to their top bar

1. Go to desktop configuration -> screens

2. Align the top of both screens.

This ables the user to access address bar and all buttons.

Also, the automatic configuration should not need this intervention. Dual screen should be spontaneously handled correctly by the system.
