Trisquel-7-mini package upgrade problems

I'm seeing a disparity between the versions of Belenos packages listed on the Trisquel site and the versions on my netbook, and when I do a sudo apt-get upgrade, nothing happens. System returns everything is up-to-date.

examples: usb-creator-gtk version on my netbook is 0.2.23 and online (Trisquel website) it's listed as 0.2.56.

Please advise.
