I can't manage launcher icons in gnome-panel (Solved)

I only can add a launcher by drop and drag, but when I try to move or remove it I can't. The combination Alt+right click doesn't work for me. In 5.5 I didn't have that issue

possibly this is not a bug and thus could be marked solved?

for me in Trisquel 6.0 Alt+Super+right click works.
it gives the options to move or remove an icon from the panel
