Remove indicator-applet after upgrade to Slaine

The indicator-applet is since 4.5 removed.
If you upgraded from taranis to slaine, then you have to remove it manually:

sudo apt-get remove --purge indicator-applet message-indicator

hm, was just thinking if this will be automated for people who upgrade? because some functions will not work after upgrade with the message indicator, if its still installed..
