When I click the "install extension" link on the https://trisquel.info/en/browser/addons/blender wiki page I am directed to a "not found" site.

It looks like that extension does not exist anymore. It is not even on http://addons.mozilla.org anymore.

Or well I just added a note at the top in caps lock, since there are still good tips there apart form Blender.
