Mailing List Backend - Debian?

Just a quick question really. Does the mailing list backend really use debian over trisquel, as advertised at sign-up?
If so, why?
Thought the best place for this was the troll lounge =)

Trisquel uses Trisquel. Probably what happens: Debian modifies the Mailman package to add their logo, and Trisquel failed to remove/replace it. Maybe file a bug report?
