failed to update to Triskel 12

So I tried to update another computer with Triskel 11 to 12. I attached file apt.log.txt from the apt.log which has the first 1.7 MB of lines. Should I just upgrade via iso image? I don't have a usb right now, but I can get one soon.

How did you try to upgrade? I simply commented out everything in /etc/apt/sources.list, added the ecne trisquel.sources file to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ (the sources file is now stored in a new location), then ran apt update followed by apt upgrade. There were no problems.
The official way to upgrade I understand is to use the command
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
sudo do-release-upgrade
