¿What are their main differences? ¿Which one is better? I used Conversations before, but now I'm living without a mobile phone and I would like to know what is PixArt like in comparison.

Conversations no longer supports OTR encryption. So if you want to use OTR, you'll need to choose Xabber, PixArt, or Conversations Legacy.
